Lonewolf - never never EVER enter into a lifetime subscription (of course, you were just wishing, but still...). Some guys at TankNet have had horror stories after making a lifetime subscription for some journals/magazines, and the journals/magazines eventually fold-up, and the company can't refund you for the unpublished journals because they got no money to pay back their subscribers.

I prefer above ground rather than underground, unless it's well ventilated and protected against NBC threats and deep enough to withstand a bunker buster with a nuke warhead. #:-)
