Ola People I came along a site called http://www.panzer-modell.de
And there they had a feature list (under Tipps & tricks) There is a paintguide for tanks (bemalungsguide) Only it is in German.. But for the people who can read it this is a nice resource on things like Drybrushing, wash, highlighting and stuff It`s a 34 page PDF file full of information here it is http://www.panzer-modell.de/tipps/Bemalungsguide.exe
It`s wise to look around on this site if you can read german they really have a lot of good stuff

Well Plasticbattle came with the idea of making a Basics of modeling section here at Armorama. I could translate the whole Paintguide if there are enough people who would like to read it.
I think I have to mail the people from panzermodel.de if I may use the text and pics
If I get enough reactions then I will translate it

Interesting link, but I didn't learn much that wasn't already covered here on Armorama :-)

It`s not for the people Who know it already.... It`s for the people that are new to these techniques. There are plans to make a section with the basics of modeling. Why this section??? In the forums there are a couple of questions that return now and then. These questions are always part of the basics of modeling.
If this section comes here on Armorama then an article about the basic paint and weathering proces would be kind of nice don`t you think???
I think it would be a good addition to that section but I might be wrong. If the reactions are poor then I don`t translate it
