I am sitting here wondering if any other members on Armorama are stationed here for a nice warm tour

So far, I haven't found any modelers, and no kits are around. Been working on my 1/48 Crusader Mk II on my one day off

Hello from Camp Victory. I am over here too. For kits, check w/MWR at Balad, the Baghdad Hobby Club has sent them a few boxes, mostly aircraft though. Down at Victory (BIAP) we have a pretty good club. Lots of models here too. Lots more arriving daily since I put out a plea to armor modelers for support. There wer lots of wingy-thingys here and no armor before. We are rectifying that though. If you get down to Victory, let me know. I can hook you up with some kits.
