I came across this link when I was sitting at work It is an online vendor that sells replicas of US equipment for Reenactors. A lot of the articles have a picture and is therefor quite usefull as colorreference. The Some of the pics are a little heavy compressed wich results in a bit strange coloration of some pics but it is a good reference to give you ann idea on what colours it should be
