Hello gents. I ordered the new Elements 2: Frozen Hell book from Xtreme Modelling about a week ago and paid via Paypal. However, they sent me no confirmation email and their website says that I have no order history, yet the book remains in the Checkout option of their site.

I checked my Paypal account and indeed Xtreme Modelling has accepted payment. I have emailed them countless times and have never received a response. I only want to make sure the order is complete.

Does anyone know of a better way to contact them? I have tried everything.
