i highly doubt it, but is there any kit, anywhere that sells an Bushmaster ?
preferably 1/35th, but if there is any other scale i dont mind

In a word, no.
Mouse House sells a set of plans in 1/35th.
Do search on this site. There are two builds going on at the moment.
