I'm puzzled, I was going to get the Canon SD850is/ixus 950is to replace my sony dcsw17 but I found that there's a lot of rumour about the Fuji F100FD which is some 45 E more expensive but features 5X optical zoom, wide angle lenses and a bigger sensor. I would use it for an overall family "standard" use and of course for the pics of things I try to glue together. Is the Fuji new camera so great or I should stay with the canon ixus (I don't think buying anything else like panasonic, nikon etc)?

thx for your help
