If anyone knows of a good technige on how to make 1/16 .50 cal ammo out of styrene, I'd love to hear about it.

Hmmm.... Never did anything 1/16 personally, but you could play around with stretched sprue until you get a consistent scale diameter and sand the ends... Don't forget that every 5th round is usually a tracer, so paint the tips of them a brownish red...
