Funds are kind of tight and the only one of the two I found so far is really expensive.

Sorry, I can't help you with either.  I did see a turret set go fairly cheaply on Ebay recently.
A word on both sets, especially if money is tight:
The turret set is a pretty nice set. My biggest problem with it was the powder container rack on the left hand side of the turret. It was molded as a solid chunk and should actually be skeletal, with powder tubes lying in it. The best part of the set is the gun, most of which remains hidden unless you really plan on opening the turret up.
The interior set is quite disappointing in its dimensions and accuracy. I and others (Mike McFadden is one whose name I recall) have simply done or own. Trust me, it's not that time consuming, more rewarding, and if you want, more accurate.
