I have two wood bases that I'm finishing up. One base will have a unit patch put on it, and the second base will have a german cuff title put on it. The bases are nothing fancy. They have been stained and two coats of clear polyeurathane based sealer have been applied.
My question is this..........What is the best way to secure the each fabric item to the wood base? White glue? Super glue? Epoxy?
I can't apply anything to heavy to the patch for fear of it seeping through the front.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Hello,
Have you thought about a double sided tape like plastic or fiberglass carpet tape? Also, 3M makes a good spray glue called Super 77.
Thats what I would do.
Good luck,
Brian

Check scrapbook supply stores. They have adhesives that will stick nearly anything to anything.
