I've decided to get back into model building after a 2 year hiatus. Been building on and off for the last 25 years or so, mainly 1/35 armor and soft skinned vehicles, with the occasional airplane. Due to space (or lack of) considerations, I think I'll focus on 1/72 armor subjects this time. I've really enjoyed reading all of the discussions, have learned a few things, and hopefully I'll be able to make worthwhile contributions.

Welcome to the club, don't get too many small scale modelers here. The nice thing about 72nd is all the aircraft you can build with it and the great dioramas you can build. Welcome back in

Ola Tony

Welcome on board this terrific site. Another one who came back to the hobby of Hobbies. That`s good. This site will answer any questions you have you only have to ask your questions and I`m sure you will be flooded with answers by a couple of our 2550 members.
who will all answer with friendlyness as a stupid question doesn`t exist. And the only stupid question is the one that isn`t asked.
About the 1:72 scale. For me it`s a little too small but what I find a pro of that scale is that you can make these huge dio`s with a lot of vehicles and of course the really good combination with planes. I was in a museum last week where they had a 1:72 dio of a complete villageand that wasa huge dio but you need a complete aircraft hangar to do the same in 1:35.

I hope you will have a good time here and hope to see you in the chat and maybe you could show us some pics in the future
