There are none.
Your best bet is head east to Long Island, or west to New Jersey, where there are loads of them.
Closest to Midtown in NJ would be Ridgefield Hobby.

Howdy,
I'm new!
The Red Caboose on I believe west 45th, off 5th Ave. It's got its moments....the place is crammed with stuff, floor to ceiling. Two friendly guys.
Got to look hard but there is some good stuff of all genres all over the place. Particularly good tool inventory.
Hope this helps.

Whoops,
Just read the long island part of your question.
Bay Shore Hobbies, Bayshore, NY.......Saxon Ave off hwy 27....about midway out the island.
This place is the one of the best I've ever seen. Floor to ceiling inventory.
I have to actually move stuff to get to stuff.
Planes and Armour, resin, etch, paint, research, the whole 9 yards.
Well worth the trip.
