One thing I've been wondering about is whether there have been attacks on SA-2 missle launcher sites by infantry or commandos, anytime or anywhere. I know about them being damaged or destroyed by planes or tanks, but I was wondering if any scenario ever existed where soldiers encountered a SA-2 missle site and attacked it with their personal weapons. (I was thinking Vietnam, the Arab-Israeli wars, or the Gulf wars.)

I can't cite any sources, but I'd guess:
Viet Nam -- No, we didn't do much boots-on-ground in NVN, and we would have been afraid of hurting a Soviet "advisor", provoking an incident.
Yom Kippur War -- I'd guess yes, after IDF crossed the canal and started got into the Egyptian rear ( Syrian rear area, too. ) Surely the armor didn't get to have all the fun!
Desert Storm / OIF -- Unknown.
