Hi everyone. I've been looking at these and other armor modeling forums for years and now decided to join in. I've been modeling on and off my whole life but been seriously putting effort into them the past few years. The most significant moments that got me back in to modeling was when my mom bought me a Tamiya JGSDF Type 90 kit and I sloppily built that kit never realizing how much of a gem it was! Then I saw Saving Private Ryan in my history class in high school and was totally mesmerized by the final battle scene with the Tiger tanks then I began to get back to modeling and also got into researching military history. I have bought another Type 90 kit and give this one a better treatment next time!
I'm quite a Sherman nut but I also like American, Russian, Isreali, and Japan Self-defence force subjects from various time periods. I don't have much preference to scale, and just build them depending on subject and availability.
I'm currently working on a Tamiya 1/48 M8 Greyhound and will post up in-progress photos.

Aloha Terry,
This is a great site. Help is just a click away if you ever need it.
Be sure to check out the campaigns. They are usually a lot of fun to participate in.
