I would like to know how many people on this site do Karate which belt you have and what style you do I am currently a brown belt in Itosu Kia [auto-censored]ō-ryū once when I get my black I would love to take Muay Tia Kickboxing

But I would really like to know how many people take Karate

Hi Matt,
I've been studying martial arts for about 35 yrs. I currently have 6th Dan in Shorin Ryu, 2nd Dan in [auto-censored]o Ryu, 2nd Dan in Kobudo (weapons) and 1st Dan in Tang Soo Do. Hang in there, you'll make Shodan before you know it.

My son and I practice Uechi-Ryu, he's a Shodan, I am a lowly Yellow Belt out on medical leave. My wife wouldn't let me start until after he was awarded his Black, she thought my OCD would drive him out of it.

I sudy and teach Wing Tzun Kung Fu and Escrima but I keep hearing that I do Karate from most people who don't know the difference.
