I was wondering if anyone's ever worked with these people before? have you had any issues with them responding to your e-mail or troubles with orders..

I ask because currently I am having a problem with them.

best way to resolve things with them is thru a telephone call. dealt with them several times and had no problems with hobbyland

yeah on Sat I spoke with some guy, he didn't sound very happy to have been on the phone with me... sent 2 emails and both have gotten no replys... I canceled an order.. and what they did was go ahead an process the order.. shipped it out yersterday at 4pm their time.

I'm not really happy bout it.. since they were given ample time to respond...oh well we'll see what happens.
