Please check out the AMPS site for an update on the kit donation drive for troops deployed in Iraq. To date we've sent nearly 1,000 kits plus hundreds of supply items such as paint, cement, tools, etc. The update is at: http://www.amps-armor.org/ampssite/default.aspx

This program will continue, so please consider contributing to the address given in our update, and please consider joining AMPS to support this effort. The idea for this came from one of our members, Henry Milton, who is currently deployed in theatre.

If you are attending our national show in April (and who isn't? ), please consider picking up an extra kit or set of tools at one of the vendor tables and dropping it off to the donation bin right at the show. It couldn't be easier.

If you have some spare kits in your basement (a rare thing, I know, but I've heard there are a few guys who 'stockpile' kits they genuinely intend to build) please consider donating a few of them. A few guys who were going to trim their collections via ebay or other sites donated them instead.

If you are part of a model club, AMPS-affiliated or not, please consider getting together with your buddies to send a group donation.

Remember that update is at: http://www.amps-armor.org/ampssite/default.aspx

You can join AMPS at: http://www.amps-armor.org/ampssite/membership.aspx

Thanks everyone !

Thanks to both of you. Yes, Todd, if you follow th elink I posted, you'll see the address for sending kits. Or, if you are coming to the AMPS show in April, just bring them there and save the expense of shipping.

Thanks for supporting this effort.
