The support site (or Network Resolution Center) will be offline for a time. You can email staff directly if you have contributions via email. You can find all staff emails under the "About Us" link above. Just click on "Meet the Staff" on the right on that page.

It is also my sad responsibility to inform anyone who has sent us content or contest submissions in the past months that we may not be able to access those files as they were stored in a database that we are having technical issues with at the moment. I wish that this software gave us the option of storing uploads into a directory but they do not, thus we have consistently had problems with Support Trio for this reason.

Also we are trying to update all our staff mail account to Google Aps mail as this will remove a lot of the limitations we have had in the past on attachments sizes, etc. But again Support Trio has not supported the more secure SSL type email that Google requires. It may be that we will have to fine a new solution for content submissions and leave this considerable investment in time and money for Support Trio behind us.
