Greetings,

What are the functional differences, advantages/disadvantages, etc., between a dual-piston compressor (such as the Iwata Power Jet) and a diaphragm-type compressor?

Thanks!

Diaphragm compressors are more suited for "Occasional" use They have a Rubber diaphragm that does the compression Vs the noraml Piston setup of heavier rated compressors.

I Use the "occasional" term loosely in this case as a hobby compressor probably won't see constant use. if you were AB'ing T shirts, Tatoos, license plates or the like I'd go with the piston type.
