Hi SG members,

I' ve been hanging aroung the Historica Forma sculpting forum for a while now and finally putting my first scratchbuild vignete for the SFOTM contest.
It's a scratchbuild 300 Spartans vignete in 54mm scale sculpted with kneadanite putty. Painted in oils and acrylics. Here's the photos I posted at that forum:




So on Feb 01 I need you SG guys bring the Kallang Roar ...actually just proceed here and vote for the best figure here below:

I might just auction this off later cause I'm planning to create some more Spartan vignetes or even dioramas if I have the time. Also need to get more sculpt material. So da plan is have more scratchbuilding stuff for this year. I'm planning to contribute WIP log here and perhaps keep our SG site more active...what ya guys think? Share ideas and stuff. I think the fastest way to make the marines is by converting existing figures models..unless its already selling on the market..anyway those r nice looking uniforms.. .

The 300 Spartans(actually more like 3 Spartans) is currently residing in my glass cabinet. I'm planning to build another variation of this. Unless I can find a better place to exhibit my stuff ..any recommendations?

No obligation to vote whatsoever...It's free choice . Another thing, I can say that I have not met anyone here b4 I posted this. It's only a topic to announce my fellow countryman that I'm a lone SG member taking part. It's up to members to participate or not.

If it sounds like I'm trying to influence members to vote for here well it's how I speak to fellow SG locally at home it's called Singlish...just relaxing and fun chat.
