Here on the East Coast, May 3, 2008 in Fredericton, NB, is CAMS 2008.
This is going to be our 20th Anniversary show, and hopefully bigger and better than ever.
CFB Gagetown is even getting in on it, tentatively bringing a Leopard C2 to the party (no not a new Leopard 2, but the venerable C2)
Lots of door prizes, raffle prizes. WE are in a new location with about twice the space we had last year.
Look for an announcement to be approved on here on the events calendar for more info.

The Guelph show is on this year, it's at the Branch 234, Mcrae Legion. It is being held on March 8th, which is a Saturday, not on Sunday as usual. Our vendor tables are completely sold out, so bring your wallets and enjoy. Click on the link for directions.

A bunch of us from Barrie are going to Torcan. Wanted to go to Guelph and support their show, but the weather was just too bad.

What the heck am I doing promoting a Calgary show?!!!
I'm 95% sure I'll be heading down. A pretty good show - lots of entries of all genres.
Cheers,
Jim

Hi:
Sorry I didn't see this before. The London show is coming up on October 4th. Details at http://www.londonscalemodelshow.ca. If you're looking for vendors, we've got over 60 tables confirmed -The Barrel Store will have an even dozen to help you with your aftermarket armour needs. :-)
Cheers and hope to see you there,
Scott

Scott,
Will try to make it down this year if work and life allows. I have always heard great things about the London show.

Does anyone know of anything happening in the Montreal area?
Good to hear CAMS is still going in Fredericton, I used to compete there many years ago when I still lived in NB. It would be nice if they kept a photo gallery of the old events, I'd love to see my long-lost models. Perhaps I'll stop in next year if I make a trip to the Maritimes.
