Has anyone ever made scratch built water bottles? I'm sure there have been people who have done this, can anyone recommend a link? I'd like to have some soldiers hand out water bottles in my diorama.

Try stretching clear sprue, not too thin, and you should have a bottle at both ends of the thin part. Or heat up empty pen ink tubes, the kind in a Bic pen. The trick to both these is to keep the "pointy" part straight and not cocked to one side.

Hi the trick is to keep the pen tube vertical when stretching it , this way you do not end up with bent or miss shapen ends . I have been doing this for over 25 years , practice is the key cheers ian
