The actual title is "The 7th Is Made up of Phantoms " and the tank is an M5 Stuart. Long out of service with the Army when the story takes place and certainly no an M4 as the officer refers to it in the show.
That said, it's one of the episodes I remember from the original run and fun to watch when the Twilight Zone Marathon in on for New Year's Day.

This got a l;ot of discussion over at FSM. Rob Grovonius caught that the tank is an M3A3. AFV Club makes that version.

My recollection of the episode was that it was a M3A3 - and the bow machine gun was missing.

That is right. Also the MG on the turret top, and the searchlight up there is missing as well.
The rear may have been made for TV but I don't know for sure. It looks rounded.

It's supposed to be rounded. It's a stock M3A3, a pretty rare bird in the US, I would imagine.
