I think all of the good tools have been designed. But, I might try to rack my brain and see if I can come up with something.

it doesn't have to be original........... if you want to make a DIY "Chopper" or "Duplicutter" that's fine as well. Heck, even improving on an existing design.................

Hi Matt,

I would be interested in participating in Build A Tool II. I had fun with the first one. I will just have to come up with some new ideas. I have a couple in the back of my mind so I guess I will see if I can actually build them.

So please count me in!!

For some reason the "Enlist" button will not show up for me. It does for the other campaigns but not this one.

Not sure why the enlist wasn't showing. Make sure you are logged in first. If that doesn't do it, then delete your cookies and log back in and try again.

Nope.....that didn't do it. This is a new one to me. I can go and enlist in other campaigns, but for some reason the ENLIST button will not appear for this one. I have tried turning off the parental control and everything else, but still no luck.

Oh well, I will be there in spirit Matt.

Thanks for the suggestions Scott.

This would be great! I recreated the track building jig from the first campaign and it worked perfectly. Cost me pennies too, which is certainly better than the company I won't name that sells a track jig consisting of two pieces of plastic and an elastic band for forty bucks.

Here's to hoping some new great tools get invented!

It starts today!!

Now I just need to figure out what to get started on. I have a couple of ideas in mind. Getting them built is another story.
