I opened a Dragoncare missing part ticket for a recently-released high-profile kit on Wednesday January 9, AFTER 10pm.
I got a reply the following day indicating a replacement part will be here in 7-10 days.
I got my part in the mail today!
Mailed from California, shipped to Vermont, to be here in time for the little village post office that closes at 11:30am to have in my mailbox this morning.
The mailing label says it was mailed on Jan 10, but I cant pull a timestamp out of the rest of the data

Customer service has a new standard in my book.
Maybe it's a common problem with this kit (I've not heard anyone else mention it however)but still, that's pretty good service.
Now.. where's my new issue of ModelX??? -insert smart alec grin here-
