Confirms what I've heard from others. Weak Dollar + Rising Fuel Costs = More Expensive Foreign Goods. Since Fruils are produced in Europe, it was bound to happen. I expect the same thing to happen with other non-US AM producers too in the coming months.

This is a big jump in price from last I bought them 4 years ago.

I do have 4 sets never used but don't think I will be using them soon or buying more ,think will keep to Modelkasten or plastic tracks supplied in kit.

Thanks

They'll be getting even less of my money, but since I rarely buy them since they switched from pinch to pinned, this will not hurt my wallet too much.

I dont mind the longer construction time for the pinned type, but since they are not 'handed' and I find it a chore to fill in the open pin holes on one whole track run.

Mine were handed left and right come in two separate Bags.

Maybe you are thinking of the prior ones.

Or maybe I just left them as such.

He received some new sets yesterday and was marking them at $55.00 I said well from now on my man Plastic will be the way for me.

The Dollar is in the gutter I am afraid so $60.00 Panzer IV kits are right around the corner.

Well after looking at some on line web sites that are selling them for $30.00 I wonder if he is not marking them up a Tad
