I just came across an excellent language tranlator that allows you to put the webpage into a search line and translate it from and to any language you want, just found the making corrigated roofing post, and it was in german, so I started a search and came up with this translator, nice thing about it is no more limitations on foreign language sites, its all easily translated into english, was not sure where to post this so those interested can see it, so hope it helps.
