Just letting everyone know that I am putting my late father's models online at Ebay. This one is a PEERLESS MAX and I'm assuming it may be rare because I can't find it anywhere online. Someone did discuss it on Armorama, so I thought I'd let everyone know. I have thousands more models that I will be putting on Ebay.

What does MB stand for? My father has lots of brands, mostly older. I need to spend some time sorting these things. I'll do some sorting today and let you know if I see that particular one.

My sympathies to you and your family. Did you father happen to have any 1/72 armor kits from ESCI, Polisti, Matchbox, AirFix, Revell, etc? If so, I would be interested in some.

Best Regards,

Thank you. I am downstairs right now doing a big sorting job and have brought some armor up already to put on ebay. So far I brought up some Tamiyas, AMT's, Dragons, Italeri, ERTL, Lindberg, Academy, DML, Testors, etc, and many more. I will try to get a lot of these on tonight and start them low for everyone.

MB models was (is?) out of South Carolina. It was owned by a guy named Michael Bishop, hence the name. At first they did alot of AFV conversion and some whole resin kits. I know as I did the SU-76i master for them. Last I heard, they were doing some ship stuff.

Why don't you post your list of items here..ask the price you want for each item and sell the stuff without the hassle of posting each individual item and photographing each item....and giving a cut to ebay. Don't list everyting at once...do it in sections. You'll probably be able to sell most of your stuff here.

Thanks for the idea, but there are a few reasons why I found posting on Ebay to be better for us. More than one person may be interested in a model, which would put me in an awkward predicament, so ebay makes it more fair. Also, the last time I did that, I had to wait two and 1/2 months for a payment. Another thing is that I don't know how much many of these rarer ones go for since alot of these aren't online anywhere (some are, some aren't), hence Ebay once again makes it easier.
