Hi there,
I just wanted to ask if any special contact email to Luckymodel.com is available...???
I made an order and everything seemed to be very easy. Also my first email (concerning the particular order) was answered by return. However as the shipment was still not made I tried to contact them several times, but without any answer.

Can somebody help...???

What is your experience with Luckymodel?

After you log in, go to "My Account" --- you will see a "My Request" button. It works like our PM system.

As Dave pointed out, use their request system to discuss any problems with your order. They have been extremely responsive to my questions and concerns, and in return I've given them a lot of my hard-earned $$$.

Just remember--if an item is listed as "Available" and has a blue square, it means they do not have it in stock but can order it for you, so it might take a while for you to get it.
