I recently moved to Jefferson City, MO. There are no modelling clubs and no hobby shops. Do any armorama members live around the Jeff City area?

There are modelers around. I'm in Springfield about 5 hours away. I know there are several folks around the area, but only know a couple by name. It might depend on what you like to model. The guys I know are figure modelers.

Yeah, I've noticed there are people pretty scattered. I'm good friends with Anders Heintz who lives down near Springfield.

The best you could hope for would be KC or St. Louie. Try those as I know there are a great group of guys in KC.

That's why your name sounds familiar. He has talked about you before. Yep, Anders and I get together every once in a while. They'll be moving soon. I told you wrong too, Jeff City is only about three hours away.

Did a google search and a little reading about it. Pretty interesting. It is a few hours from my house. I won't be taking vacation there anytime soon.

I live down in Southeast Mo which would be about three hours from you. Not much down here for Modelers either. The closest Hobby Shop for me is a two hour drive and with the crazy gas prices I can't do that anymore.
