Just enlisted and thought I would introduce myself. I have just returned to modeling after tweny years away rom the hobby. I'm afraid that my skills have gotten bit rusty in that time. Then i built mainly 72d scale aircraft and 48th scale armor. Anybody remember Bandai kits? Now I guess it's going to be 48th scale aircraft and 35th scale armor. My first armor project is an M48A3 I'm building for a buddy who spent a year i them with the 11th ACR.
I'm sure I will have questions and looking at this site I know there a lot of answers.

Welcome Mastrsgt!!
You definitely have come to the right place!! Make yourself at home and enjoy.
I don't think there has ever been a question that hasn't been answered here. The knowledge base here is tremendous!! Don't be shy, because there are no stupid questions! Anyway if there are any stupid questions I''ve asked them all already
Enjoy!!!

Welcome to the site Don.
You'd be surprised how many of us old guys have come back to modelling after about 20 years. This is a great site. People here love to help each other so don't be shy about posting questions.

Welcome onboard mastrsgt. Good to see more guys joining all the time. I guess everybody at the start is afraid of asking "stupid" questions. Its only when you are here for a while that you become comfortable asking stupid questions. :-) .Thats how it goes for me anyway!
this site has helped me so much and its nice to pop in for a while now and agin for a chat/browse! Good luck!

Howdy MSG hey, If you check out ebay you can get that Bandai stuff. It was re-released by Fuman a few years ago. A lot sells for $10-$15 so watch out for the guys that are looking for $30-$40. I've still got my collection from back then, it's amazing how ones skills improve after time. With these guys though, you'll get a twenty year jump. They're GOOD!

Ola Mastrsgt.
Well did you come to the right place to "unrust" your modeling skills..
Ask and you shall recieve answer... not just one answer... noooooooo you will get flooded with answers. This site has proven for me to be the best site available on the net. I have been member to other sites but there always is this so called proffesional tense and unfriendlyness against newcomers. No you came definitely to the right place... over 2400 people here that are always sharing knowledge where they can when they can. And remember......There is no such thing as a stupid question,,,,, if there is such a thing as a stupid question then it`s the one that isn`t asked.
Hope you have a good time here
