When I establish my personal website, will there be a way to tell if visitors are downloading images etc., if even just for their own use?

I believe there is a way to know, some sort of browser statistic. You also have some abilities to dissallow right click/save image functions. Technically what they are - don't know, but I'm pretty sure they exist.
