Hello fellow Armorama maniacs. I had an opportunity to stop in and see what was happening and thought I would say hello. I've been at lovely Ft. Leonard Wood for almost a month now training up for deployment to Kuwait/Iraq. We haven't been doing anything to exciting. Lots of NBC training and small unit tactics. I'm learning about SINCGARS for the first time. Pretty neat radio system. I'll let you all know if I see any hobby shops in Iraq. ha-ha!!! The base didn't have any barracks available so they put my company and another company in a gym. We have 350 soldiers sharing 8 showers and 8 toilets. Boy that is a load of fun.
I sure miss visiting this great site on a regular basis. I miss contributing to it most of all.
Chief, I wish you and your wife the best with your baby delivery. I'm sure things will go great. You and your family will be in my prayers.
It will be interesting to see what kits come out when I return home next April.
