Happily, I got the Azimut figures of Colonel Klink and Sergeant Schultz long ago, but hadn't decided the best way to use them. I've since come up with an idea, but unfortunately I don't know of any figures of Colonel Hogan or any of his underlings.

My idea, BTW, is to have Klink and Schultz open up the box section of a VW Type 83 and catch one of our heroes crawling inside it. I was hoping to have this person stare back at them in surprise. Is there anything I can find who looks close enough and has the right uniform and pose? Thank you.
