Hello all,


Does anyone know where to get super-thin tubing that I can use to create turnbuckles on a WW1 aircraft. I'm talking really small.

Tubing... or more like a Round Bar?? I take Wire, hang it from a shelf and add a weight to the bottom... usually straightens it out well.

But for small tubing......... Small Parts

You can stretch plastic tubing in the same way you would stretch sprue over a candle and it will strtch but still be a tube.

Am not quite sure of your need but the finest tubes that come to mind are medical needles.
They are available in a great variety of diameters and (in Greece) easy to find.

Small Parts was bought by Amazon and seems to have lost quite a bit of their stock.

The smallest you will ever find are the needles on syringes from
the drugstore.
They come in a variety of sizes....great for gun barrels, pitot
tubes etc.
Just a pain to cut as they are stainless steel.

That's exactly what ziggy's sells in 36" lengths. Syringes only offer a short piece.... when you need something longer for a Gatling gun.... you're a bit out of luck
