Or does it happen to others too?
You do a little on line shopping, find a few things you need, or would like, make your order, and everything is fine.
and in a day or two, you go back--- BAM--- there are the figures, kit, aftermarket item, you have been waiting months for suddenly showing up!
and you suddenly need to make another order, and pay a second postage.
Am I the only one that this happens to?

Yes, but well, sometimes if I ask really nice, I can get the company to consolidate the order to save shipping. Greatmodels does that.

It never happens to me. My wife only let's me have access to the credit card between December 1st and December 20th to buy her Christmas presents on line. Bought a very nice reversible Colts (woman's) fleece jacket about ten minutes ago, as a matter of fact.

Colts have never done much for me...except for the Commander series. But then I have always loved the .45 Auto...

Here's another one of those dumb, am I the only one this happens to questions.
I bought a kit to give as a Christmas gift, but after I opened it, I liked it so much I decided to keep it, even though it's a subject I never build.
This ever happen to anybody else, or am I just unique?

unfortunatly dave, your not alone! I dont tend to purchase a lot of models online because theirs a huge hobby shop a few subway stations away from my college, but its something that happens frequently with paintball gear... except that with paintball gear the shipping is twice as much and the custom officials seem to love taxing my purchases
But i have to admit my biggest problem is ordering online, recieving my order, and notice thiers a sale at the online store.... then i just HAVE to purchase again!

Dave
I certainly don't have the second problem you have. I never buy kits for anyone else
Usually I buy a couple of kits for me and then let the kids know what they have bought me for my birthday or Christmas
