Vol 15 No.6 was mailed today, Nov 29, by first class mail to US members and by airmail to all international members. Because we have had some delivery problems lately, it was decided to ship this issue First Class within the US to give us more opportunities to see where problems may be in our delivery system. We think they have been ironed out, but there's nothing like an actual delivery to see if we found all the bugs. Paying the extra for first class mail provides us with returned mail in case of an incorrect address, the highest delivery priority for carriers and gets the issue into members' hands in advance of the Christmas postal rush here in North America.
To help us evaluate how this mailing is doing, we would like all members to be diligent in checking their mail and top report to us if your issue isn't in your hands by 12 Dec, 2007. Please don't email sooner than that as we want to allow 10 days for the delivery to occur, but after that we need to know if you haven't gotten your issue yet. Contact us through the AMPS web site and go to the "Report Missing Boresight" page under the "Boresight" tab at the top of the page. We'll get yuor emails right away and get on the problem of making sure you get your issue.
The first issue of the new year can be expected early in January.
