The most truthful answer I can give is--- YES----
If he has it in stock, it may get shipped quicker, but my experience has been 2 to 3 weeks on average.

if it ships 2-3 weeks. It'll take another 3 weeks in transit. That'll be like December or even next year. What a wait it'll be.
