Am I allowed to enter a build in a campaign AND submit a feature article on it as well?

As long as your build for the campaign follows the campaign guidelines, you can enter it into a campaign, best to be discussed with the campaign leader if any questions concerning eligibility of the piece. You can also submit ANY of your builds, how to's or Step By Steps for Features and On Displays.
