hey guys, okay i have several questions. how do i remove a picture in my “workbench photos”? i have only one there and its of a crappy king tiger which was my first “serious” attempt at building something. needless to say, i rather ashamed of it now… i am thinking of uploading some pics of my recent builds and so my next question is, do i have to upload the pics to, say…photobucket or flickr first or can i upload them directly? lastly, are there any restrictions in terms of format, e.g., jpeg? file size?

I do not recall what the FAQ says about resizing, but some advice:

Many photo programs put a huge amount of embedded formatting into your image that many images do not need to display properly. If you open the photo, and then merely re-save it, that removes a lot of it.

For instance, my FinePix 1MB image is usually about 480kb. I open it in MS PAINT, merely click SAVE or SAVE AS, and the new image is usually less than 250kb. These byte savings add up in gallery space.
