Does anyone know of any Rachet straps and the chain binders?? It looks like there's some rachet straps in the new legend Stryker set... but it's kinda hard to tell for sure. Maybe 1/24 for the chain Binders?

Matt,
I made ratchet straps in 1/24 scale using strips of paper painted the color of the strap and made the ratchet mechanism and lever from aluminum can stock cut into shape with a pair of scissors and bent with a photoetch bender. I used two pieces or copper wire bent into the hooks at the end to replicate the ends.
For the chain binders, wonder if you could modify/use model ship or railroad turnbuckles.

Try Spaulding Trading and Shipping. They specialize in model trucks and accessories. Their web address is www.stsmodeltrucks.com. I have bought ratchet straps and chain binders from them in the past. I don't know if they are still in stock or even if they are still being made or not. Good luck!
