I think I found something new to use for fenders, extra plate armor, and such. Today I was putting up drywall, or sheet rock. This BTW ranks right up there with root canal as being among my least favorite things to do. I used these metal corners covered in tape that I picked up at Home Depot to get the corners sharp. I had a small piece left over so I pulled off the tape exposing the metal beneath. After I had pounded the corner flat it looks to me like it will be a good substitute for foil or PE for dented fenders and such things. One thing to watch out for, the edges are very SHARP, don't cut yourself.

Here is one for the unmaried guys out here : you probably buy deepfrozen food ?
They often come in trays made of thick aluminium foil. This can be used in the sameway or fenders and so on !
