Blast Models had them at one time. the kit was offered by WSW/Terre models if I remember correctly....

AFAIK, there are two different kits available: a vacu-form kit, and a resin kit.
For the vacuform kit, you may want to contact Bodlak Modellbau in Moedling, Austria -> http://www.bma-modellbau.at/ . Open their webpage and click on the little UK flag symbol on the left-side bar. Then goto Webshop > Austrian army .
For the resin kit, you may want to contact the german ebay-seller "opossum46", who produces and sells this kit on ebay. He also sells an upgrade kit for the SK-105A2 improved version.
