I tried to print decals with an inkjet printer, coated the paper with the lacquer spray, and yet the printed decal stayed on the paper no matter how much I was soaking it in water...
Does anyone have any experience with printing decals? Any advice is appreciated.
Thank you.

I have made my own decals several times and never experienced that the decal will not leave the paper when soaked. What brand of decal paper are you using?

Sorry, the most important part was left out...
I got this small package from testors with the spray and two sheets of paper.

Guys, you've got me curious! Obviously this is special paper and such... where in the LHS might a guy find it? Or on the 'net?
