In the British Army we or did have the Army Pioneer Corp.
What was the American equivelant.

Perhaps you could give a short explanation of what the Pioneer Corps did? You might be describing our Army Cavalry, Corps of Engineers, or Boy Scouts!

i remember watching some pioneer guys at the end of G/W1 disposing of a load of bar mines which were bent like bananas due to the heat, when i looked into their wagon the glass phile was still in one piece and they were STILL LIVE made me almost pass out, but these lads didnt seem to fussed about it. so me being a true pro and alot more sane legged it like linford christie. funny how 70lb of combat gear aint too heavy when all you are thinking is just let me get to my warrior
