good day all!

as the topic has stated, i would just like to ask you guys whether plastic cement would be enough to stick styrene to plastic parts? and if normal plastic paint (tamiya accrylic) would adhere to styrene sheets without primer?

Yes and Yes (After the normal cleaning of the plastic prior to Painting)

I Don't always prime my stuff

Should work perfectly mate. Primer isn't really needed though it is helpful for showing up gaps and helps paint to stick. Cleaning with light washing up liquid is reasonably important. It gets rid of any skin oils / grease left on the model.

I'll admit that normally I don't do either unless I'm working with Resin parts or PE.
