Iwata Studio series compressor help

Guys,
i need advice on the studio series line.
i found the power jet lite locally at some reasonable price. they had another series too (forgot the name..)
all of them doesnt had an air tank installed.
Anyone used these compressor? How is it like? Will it still produce consistence airflow without the air tank?? i still dont figure what is smart jet technology is...
how about heat generated??
how many hours of continuos use ??

so many question....

hope somebody can help me..

thanks for the link. I had read all of them before.. Basically what i need is the user experience of these compressors/.
