I bought the Roden 1/72 scale JS3 Stalin tank from a local hobby shop, it was the only one I had ever seen. The outer sprocket halves teeth were short shot. I mailed in a green post card addressed to MMD but with Squadron's mailing address. They just sent me the entire new sprue with fully formed sprockets. Great service!

Like you Sabot, I've always had 1st class service form them. One of our members is a bit uhappy, seem they are going thru inventory this week and he desperately needs a figure. Hope this doesn't become a reoccuring issue.
