There is a discussion on local Future equivalents further below in this folder.

When you say primer, I'm assuming you mean spray primer? I've seen Tamiya and Testors spray primers here in Sydney, so I would expect they would be available in Melbourne too.

Try talking to Clayton at hawkeye_ at tpg dot com dot au

He was importing Future a while back.

He may still have it.

Gday James
Can't answer the decal setting question, but I have never used it and found that a sufficient gloss cover before application and subsequent flat clear follow up worked fine. Haven't used future or equivalent, but from all I've heard this should be all you need for decals also...
As for primer, I use the cheapo grey or black flat primer from Bunnings and have never had a problem. Good on the hip pocket
Cheers

I just got the microscale from Keilor ( I cannot remember the shops name at the momant) he has the full range, he has the Testors solution as well, the problem is he's only open on Thursday nights and Saturday mornings.

James

There are a number of good decal products available. Below are about the best three you can get or order from your LHS.

Pollyscale softener (very strong)
Microscale set and sol (the best IMHO)
Gunze Mr Mark Softener (superb for Hasegawa decals)

cheers

Mike
