Sorry to be a nitpicker here Dave, but it is MOH. The CMH is one of those special little silver awards they give to national non combat heros like John Wayne and the like. The military version is awarded in the name of Congress not by Congress. I did see something on TV where the CMH was given to some Federal type police guy..I forgot if it was DEA, FBI or something like that.
